Sanity Soap began in 2012 as a multi-media blog.
It featured writing on mental health and creativity, along with original illustrations, comics, playlists and resource sharing. A private peer support group was facilitated on Facebook.
Later the visual art aspect of the project was moved to instagram, where the digital archive now lives.
